FULL MOON BALANCE: A Guided Breathwork Session
Join us for another calming and relaxing Breathwork session with Lisa Padilla and Stacy Fuerte from Ritual Realty on July 23rd from 6:00- 7:30 PM at the NVE Clubhouse!
The workshop will include an opening exercise to set the tone, a grounding meditation to center oneself, and a breathwork session enhanced with sound therapy, followed by integration and sharing. Bring your mat, water bottle, blanket, journal or notepad, and eye mask, and wear comfortable attire to fully enjoy the experience.
Lisa, a seasoned realtor and certified Breathwork Practitioner from the renowned Alchemy of Breath School, will guide us through a 75–90-minute session designed to foster relaxation, stress relief, and inner grounding through the power of breathwork and meditation. Her approach combines intentional breathing techniques with guided meditation and sound therapy to release stagnant energies and traumas, fostering a deeper connection with our higher selves and enhancing overall well-being. Research indicates that breathwork can alleviate symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, and ADD.
